Bracketology

I did not believe there was such a thing.  A study of the schools on their NCAA March Madness ride.  Apparently this has outstripped the Oscars as the betting event of the moment, year, decade.  So while I am on the subject of schools and basketball, let me just remind you of the reason we go to school.  To College or University.  It would be to learn.  Not to  learn how to win tournaments. I would greatly prefer the NBA to have farm leagues and stop using US colleges as their recruiting tool.  As it is now, we have a let's look at them play, and then we can hire them away. But on the other hand...the genuine enthusiasm of the players, and cheerleaders and band members and coaches does get your viewers engaged.  I do love the sideline pom-poms.  

It's a weird game.
